Shipping Information


  • If the wrong address is entered at checkout, we will reship the order only when the returned package has been received by our shipping department.
    We cannot amend the shipping address or the items ordered after orders have been processed.
  • We are only able to ship to the address specified during checkout.
    We unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided and/or entered incorrectly during checkout.
  • If your tracking information that states your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office.
  • Due to the risk of fraud, we are currently unable to refund or reship any order with tracking information that confirms your order was delivered. Please follow up with your local post office and file a claim. If the shipping carrier is unable to resolve the issue, contact us with a confirmation number for your claim.
  • IAA Fashion reserves the right to substitute a shipping method if the requested shipping method is not available for your address.
  • IAA Fashion reserves the right to cancel orders at any time, for any reason.
    Packages are rerouted back toIAA Fashion for reasons including but not limited to: an insufficient/incorrect address or failure to pick up your package from the post office within a reasonable timeframe after home delivery was attempted.
  • Please note that we do not input addresses ourselves. The address you enter during checkout is the address that prints out on the shipping label.
  • Therefore, please ensure that all addresses are correct, as orders are printed as directed by the customer and cannot be changed after the order is made.
  • If your package is returned to us, once we receive it, we will contact you via the email address submitted during checkout to notify you that we have received your package. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping it again. Please confirm your address at this time.
  • If you opt to not pay to have your order shipped again, there will be no refund for the initial order.
  • Starting from the date of our email, you will have THIRTY days to respond, provide a valid address and pay for shipping. After the thirty day period, we are no longer responsible for order fulfillment and there will be no refunds.

Processing Information


Items ordered through our store are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and occasionally via FedEx. We send tracking information in an email so you can track your order once it leaves our warehouse. Please note that the shipping time frame is separate from processing time frames and that the majority of orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, your order will arrive in the time frame that you specified during checkout. For example, if you place your order on Monday during business hours and opt for standard US shipping, then you can expect your order to leave around Wednesday and arrive 4-5 business days later. While we do ship worldwide, international shipping fees and times vary*.
